You don't have to be from Sheffield to join us at our sling meets - we have several members from Chesterfield, Rotherham and further afield in South Yorkshire, and we will even let you in if you're from Lancashire! Osteopathy is a gentle form of therapy that relieves pain by improving the function of the body as a whole. The practice offers a limited number of free check-ups for babies up to their first birthday.
Chris Ojari runs BabyCalm antenatal and parenting classes in Sheffield. BabyCalm is designed to give new parents confidence in their parenting by understanding why their babies cry and how to calm them, and babywearing is an integral part of this. She also provides hypnobirthing classes at Peaceful and Calm Birth.
Sheffield HypnoBirthing offers classes teaching expectant mothers the Mongan method of hypnobirthing. Beth is also an agent for SaBe stretchy wraps.
Sheffield now has a La Leche League group, currently being organised via Facebook. The leader, Kristina, also runs Daisy Birthing classes.
